Please read these terms carefully before connecting your wallet to ArtanAI.

Welcome to ArtanAI. By accessing our platform, connecting your wallet, or purchasing an NFT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Access & Wallet Connection

ArtanAI is a decentralized application (dApp) built on the Polygon Network. To use most features, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask).

  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. ArtanAI never has custody of your funds.
  • You verify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to any wallet address suspected of illegal activity.

2. Ownership & IP Rights

Owning the NFT

When you buy an NFT on ArtanAI, you own the underlying token completely. This ownership is verifiable on the Polygon (MATIC/POL) blockchain.

Copyright

Unless explicitly stated in the NFT description, purchasing an NFT does not transfer the copyright or commercial rights of the artwork. The original artist retains the right to reproduce, sell prints, or use the image for commercial purposes.

3. Fees & Blockchain Costs

  • Gas Fees (POL): All transactions on the Polygon network require "Gas" fees paid in POL tokens. ArtanAI has no control over these network fees.
  • Platform Fees: ArtanAI charges a small service fee on sales to maintain the platform and support our ecosystem.
  • Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a purchase is confirmed on Polygon, it cannot be refunded on-chain.

4. Physical Goods & Shipping

ArtanAI offers "Phygital" services where select NFTs come with a physical print.

  • Shipping Info: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
  • Customs: For international orders outside Iraq/Kurdistan, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country's customs office.
  • Damage: Claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ArtanAI for:

Money Laundering or Wash Trading.
Uploading stolen or copyrighted content.
Using bots or automated scripts to manipulate the market.
Hate speech or illegal content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArtanAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses due to Polygon network failures, wallet security breaches, or price volatility of digital assets.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erbil.
