  • Web3 Data (On-Chain): When you connect your wallet (e.g., MetaMask), we collect your public wallet address and transaction history related to our smart contracts. This data is public by nature and stored on the Polygon (MATIC/POL) blockchain.
  • Physical Order Data (Off-Chain): If you order a physical print, we collect necessary shipping information, including your full name, physical address, city, country, and phone number. This data is stored securely on our private servers and is not published to the blockchain.
  • Communication Data: If you contact us via email or our support forms, we collect your email address and the content of your message.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

Order Fulfillment

To process, print, frame, and ship your physical artwork to your designated address.

Platform Functionality

To verify NFT ownership via your wallet address and allow access to exclusive features.

Communication

To send you order updates, shipping tracking numbers, and important security alerts.

Security

To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share necessary data with trusted partners to fulfill our services:

  • Logistics Partners: We share your name, address, and phone number with global couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or local post) solely for the purpose of delivering your artwork.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Blockchain Transparency

Please be aware that transactions on the Polygon blockchain are public and immutable. Once data is written to the blockchain (such as a Mint transaction linked to your wallet address), it cannot be deleted or altered by ArtanAI. This is a fundamental feature of Web3 technology. We recommend avoiding using a wallet address that can be easily linked to your real-world identity if you wish to remain anonymous on-chain.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database storage, to protect your off-chain personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
